Mary is a lifelong nerd, shameless font aficionado, and terrible model minority. She wasted her Princeton education on a music degree. She stands for diversity in books and more girls in STEM. Because of the latter, she’s also the co-publisher of the Brave New Girls YA sci-fi anthologies about brainy heroines (sales benefit the Society of Women Engineers scholarship fund). Clearly, she’s ruining sci-fi/fantasy and destroying America.
She currently resides in Jersey City, NJ, and will take on anyone who dares badmouth her state–particularly smarmy New Yorkers–in a violin battle.
